In our service training programs, technicians learn about the device's inner workings and how to perform mandatory maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
Only technicians who have completed the training and received a certificate are authorized to service our devices.
This training covers all the topics included in the engineer's preventive maintenance training, as well as the following:
The programs are a mix of e-learning modules and self-study supported by video tutorials and service manuals, plus a live Q&A session. To get certified, you need to pass the test and complete specific tasks with documentation.
The online tutorials are part of the certification process and serve as a refresher if you are already certified. They are available exclusively to service technicians looking after Hamilton Medical devices.
The online tutorials are split into different topics and give the technician a hands-on demonstration, as well as tips and tricks for performing the specific service task. Each topic is covered by a video tutorial that includes subtitles and a script for easy comprehension.
The Knowledge Base helps service technicians identify failures and find solutions. It provides a detailed description of failure modes and how to handle complaints efficiently.
Access to the Knowledge Base is granted to certified service technicians only.
Our Tech Support Newsletter keeps you informed about new components, software updates, hardware compatibility, and changes to maintenance or other procedures for your devices.
